The DDoS Resiliency Score (DRS) Board is committed to supporting the community with authoritative and up-to-date educational resources. All materials in this section are prepared and reviewed by the DRS Board to ensure they reflect the latest knowledge on distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) resilience. These materials are intended to help organizations, practitioners, and researchers better understand the evolving threat landscape and apply best practices for resilience.

1. DDoS Threat Assessment by Industry (v1.0, August 2025) – This document presents the DRS Board’s comprehensive evaluation of DDoS threat levels across multiple industries. It outlines how different sectors are targeted, the typical attack techniques observed, and the estimated resilience levels measured by the DRS framework. The report highlights industries most at risk—such as financial services, telecommunications, energy, government, and gaming—while also providing guidance for sectors with medium and lower threat levels.
